RHYS MCKINLAY - Sales Manager

Rhys was appointed Sales Manager at NZP in 2007 following a move from Goodman Fielder’s fresh dairy site in Longburn, where he held a Site Technical Management role. Prior to that, he was part of the New Zealand Dairy Board’s Global Operations division at their Wellington head office. He holds a BCom in Marketing and a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Otago, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology from Massey University.

SELWYN YORKE - Business Development Manager

Selwyn Yorke joined NZP in 1992 His role includes identifying, accessing and developing new product and new market opportunities. He has many years experience in research gained in research institutions and companies. Selwyn holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and a business diploma. He was elected to the Fellowship of the New Zealand Institute of Chemistry in 2004.

BARRY OLD - Executive Director

Barry Old started at NZP in 1983 when he was appointed as Research Manager. Since then he has held several technical and market related positions within the company. Prior to joining NZP he was employed by the New Zealand Dairy Board and became associated with NZP through his involvement in a joint venture project. Like several other managers at NZP, Barry has a PhD in Organic Chemistry.
